Who We Are?

Local Oven is a CERTIFIED gluten free bakery / manufacturer of a wide variety of products such as gluten free bread sliced, gluten free hamburger buns, gluten free hot dog buns, gluten free hoagie rolls, gluten free flour tortillas, gluten free brownies, gluten free cookies and much more. Our gluten free products offer a distinct and delicious texture and flavor that is preferred over traditional wheat based products by everyone, gluten intolerant or not. We also offer gluten free pasta imported directly from Italy. The manufacturing facility is located in Farmers Branch, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. We specialize in supplying our products to the restaurant industry, industrial gluten free manufacturers and gluten free wholesale distributors. A large part of our business is co-packing for other gluten free manufacturers. We also supply gluten free breads, pastas and sweets directly to grocery stores under our brand and /or private label. Local Oven’s facility is certified Kosher / Parve.

We now operate in our NEW 30,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Farmers Branch (Dallas), TX under the following designations:

  • Each bread product is INDIVIDUALLY VACUUMED SEALED to provide a 12 month FROZEN shelf life and to minimize cross contamination.
  • Dry Croutons are 6 month shelf stable.
  • Brownies and Cookies have a 6 month FROZEN shelf life.
