Pizzas > 16 oz. Pizza Dough Balls
16 oz. pizza dough balls are individually package, vacuum sealed and has a 12 month frozen shelf life. No preservatives.
Product should remain frozen until ready to eat. Take desired portion out of freezer ONLY when ready.
THAWING - REMOVE FROM PLASTIC PACKAGING.
Remove from freezer, let it thaw out for 3 - 4 hours. Make sure the dough us completely soft and stretchable.
Take a 12" pan (depending on desired thickness) and coat with olive oil or a coating of your preference.
Use Local Oven Flour Blend #1 and dust hands.
Place the doughball in the center of pan and stretchout the dough to the edges
Top crusts with desired sauce and toppings.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or desired browning.
